Research

Two research groups and a subgroup are affiliated to the Department of Service and Information System Engineering. Both the two groups and the subgroup have as their main researcher a teacher from the ESSI department.
 

Group inSSIDE

    • integrated Software, Services, Information and Data Engineering (inSSIDE). This group is divided into two research subgroups recognized by the UPC:
        • Software and Service Engineering Group (GESSI)
        • Database Technologies and Information Management Group (DTIM)

Group MPI

    • Modelització i Processament de la Informació (MPI)
